Escutcheons & rosettes — matched to the lock
A handle is paired with a backplate or rosettes suited to the lock type: for a cylinder (key), for a standard key, or for a bathroom (WC with turn). The spacing — the distance between the handle axis and the cylinder hole — also matters. If in doubt, we'll gladly help you choose a complete set.
